About

I grew up moving between colorful homes. One in Mexico, with my Indian father and Mexican stepmother, and one in the United States, with my Scottish-American (painter) mum and faux-pa. I went to Bowdoin College for Art History and Modern Dance, then transferred to Minerva University. I graduated with a BA in Philosophy, Ethics + Art, and a BS in Designing Societies. I also have a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from American College Dublin.

I've since worked as an experience designer, art teacher, food writer and creative workshop lead. I live in Copenhagen, Denmark with my husband, and am working on a short story collection, volunteer teaching a writing class at the refugee welcome house, and running creative writing workshops.
